2. Send money to a recipient in the Netherlands via MoneyGram, which is also recommended by the U.S. Consulate General Amsterdam, Netherlands. 3. Go into your local bank branch to do an international wire transfer to get money to the Netherlands. To do this, you must have the banking information of the recipient.
