How to Upload Files for a PayPal Dispute

1. Open your Web browser and go to PayPal.
2. Enter your email address and password, then click 'Log In.'
3. Click 'Resolution Center' located under the main menu at the top of the page.
4. Click the 'Resolve' button located next to the dispute in the list.
5. Click 'Resolve Complaint.'
6. Click the circle next to 'I will provide other evidence for this dispute by fax, file attachment, or note,' then click 'Continue.'
7. Click the 'Browse' button, locate the file you want to upload, then click 'Open.' Type a brief description of up to 100 characters about the file in the empty field.
8. Repeat the previous step if you have additional files you want to upload.
9. Click the 'Send Files' button to upload the files to PayPal.
