How to Refund Someone Their Money Back amp; Still Get Your eBay and PayPal Fees Back

1. Log into your PayPal account.
2. Click on 'History' and then go to 'Details' to find your list of recent payments. Click on the payment you want to refund to open it.
3. Scroll down on the screen and click on the 'Issue A Refund' button. It is located under the payment details. You can only issue a refund within 60 days of the payment.
4. Click 'Continue' and then 'Issue Refund' to finalize the refund. When the refund processes, the fees are automatically reversed.
eBay
5. Visit the Resolution Center on eBay. If you are not already signed into your eBay account, you will need to sign in.
6. Click the box by 'I Want to Cancel a Transaction' under the 'I Sold an Item' heading and click 'Continue.'
7. Enter in the item number to cancel the transaction, which you can only do within 45 days of the end auction.
8. Give a reason for canceling and click 'Continue.' An email is sent to the buyer asking if the transaction was canceled. The buyer must agree to cancel for your eBay fees to be refunded.
