How to Send Automated PayPal Responses

Create an End of Auction Email for eBay
1. Click the 'My Account' tab and then click the 'Profile' link.
2. Click the 'Auctions' link under the 'Selling Preferences' column and then click the 'Add' button. This setting allows you to create a personalized response for your eBay customers when they make purchases.
3. Type your message, such as payment instructions, in the 'Customize Your Email Message' text box. Click the 'On' radio button under the 'Select your preference to customize End of Auction emails' heading to make sure your automated response is sent.
4. Click the 'Submit' button to save your response.
Create Customer Service Message for other Purchases
5. Click the 'Customer Service Message' under the 'Selling Preferences column.
6. Use the text box to enter a notice that recaps your return policy, includes contact information and/or notifies the recipient about how you handle requests.
7. Click the 'Save' button to activate your message.
