How to Setup a PayPal Sandbox Developer Account

1. Open a Web browser and navigate to the sandbox sign-up page.
2. Type the information into the sign-up form. Paypal recommends that you do not use the same email account name that you use to log in to Paypal.
3. Click 'Agree and Submit.' Paypal creates your account.
4. Navigate to the Paypal sandbox log-in page. Log in to your test account using the user name and password you set up in step two.
5. Click 'Log In.' The Paypal sandbox account window opens, looking just like a user's Paypal account. You use this account name to set up your Paypal code in your programs.
