How to Add Money to Virgin Mobile

1. Log in to your Virgin Mobile online account manager from the web. Click on the "Top-Up" link on the left side of the screen. You will be presented with the option of adding money to your account with a credit card, PayPal or a prepaid “Top-Up” card.
2. Press the “$” button on your phone, which is located on most Virgin Mobile phones at the top of the circular button. Select “Top-Up” from the list of options. You will be presented with the same payment choices that appear on the website.
3. Purchase a Top-Up card from a vendor. These are widely available at convenience stores. Top-Up cards come in several denominations and can be purchased with cash, making them the only way to maintain Virgin Mobile service if you do not have a credit card, debit card or PayPal account. However, the store will usually charge an additional fee on top of the face value of the card.
