How to Open Verified PayPal

1. Visit www.paypal.com. Sign into your account with your email address and password.
2. Click on the 'Get Verified' link, located on your account page.
3. Add your bank account. Have your bank account number and your bank's routing number handy. Within three business days, PayPal will make two different deposits into your bank account. Check your bank statement. Make a note of the two numbers and sign into your PayPal account. Input the two numbers into the confirmation form. This will verify your PayPal account. If you are uncomfortable with giving your bank details, proceed to Step 4.
4. Apply and become approved for a PayPal Plus Credit Card. To do this, select the 'Products & Services' tab on your account's page. Select the 'PayPal Plus MasterCard' link. Click on the Apply Now button. Fill out the form completely and submit. You will receive a decision within 30 seconds.
