How to Set Up a PayPal Coupon
Accepting Coupons
1. Notify your customer of an available coupon code. If you sell items on eBay and accept PayPal payments, your customers are automatically able to redeem eBay coupons.
2. Accept the payment. You receive your full payment as if there were no coupon.
3. Ship the item.
