How to Use PayPal for Liberty Reserve

1. Select an exchange service. There are several services online that provide exchanges between PayPal and Liberty Reserve such as E-Currency Directory or Exchange Currency. The services charge a fee for transfers from PayPal to Liberty Reserve or from Liberty Reserve to PayPal.
2. Open a PayPal account and a Liberty Reserve account. To exchange money between the two accounts, the user must have both accounts available.
3. Transfer money via an exchange service. Exact methods differ for each service, but typically the user would transfer the amount of money preferred in the Liberty Reserve account plus the payment for the services, which differs for each service, and then allow the transfer to go through.
