How to Use My PayPal Account on Sites Without Using My Credit Card
1. Launch your Web browser from the computer 'Start' menu or desktop screen. Navigate to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
2. Click 'Profile' on the PayPal menu and then click 'Credit/Debit Cards' under the 'Financial information' setting.
3. Click the check box beside the credit card that you no longer want to use and click the 'Remove' button. You must now add a debit card or your bank account details to fund PayPal purchases in place of the credit card that you have removed.
4. Click 'Profile' on the menu and then click 'Credit/Debit Cards' under the 'Financial information' setting.
5. Click 'Add a Card' if you want to use a debit card or 'Bank Accounts' if you want to use a bank account.
6. Type the debit card information into the dialog boxes. You'll need to supply the cardholder name, card number, security code (the three-digit code on the card signature strip) and the card expiration date. For bank accounts, you must enter the account holder's name, account number and bank code in the relevant dialog boxes. You can usually find this information at the bottom of personal checks. Click 'OK' when you've added the card or account.
