How to Create a PayPal

1. Create PayPal labels on the eBay website. Access your eBay account. Click the Print Shipping Label button below the “Items I’ve Sold” list. Log in to PayPal at the prompt that appears. Click the “Ship” button under the “Action” column to the right of the name of the product being sent. Choose a carrier (like UPS or DHL) and click “Continue.” Fill out the “Shipment Information” form, choosing an international plan from the mail-carrier service chosen. Provide customs information (for example, Canada Post asks for the reason of export). Have the item present while filling out the eBay form. The form will ask for the item's weight, size and description and the country where it was made. On the next screen, review the information provided and click “Pay and Continue.” Print and sign the label, then place it on the item package. Send it off at a shipping location of the chosen mail carrier; the label will be accepted at any genuine office of the mail carrier.
2. Create labels directly with PayPal. Sign in to a PayPal account and open the History page from the History tab. Choose a mail carrier, then fill out the shipment information. Buy, print and attach the label. Ship it off with the chosen mail carrier.
3. Create labels with PayPal-accepted mail carriers. In the U..S, these include USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. For example, use the United States Postal Service Click’n’Ship label service. Go to the “Print Shipping Services” page. Register for the free Click’n’Ship software, choosing either a personal or business account. Return to the Print Shipping Services page and choose a country for the mail’s destination, then click the “Go” button. Fill out the address and package information. Choose a mailing service based on the needed speed of delivery. Fill out the Customs Declaration. Describe the contents as specifically as possible. Review the label information, then buy the label, print and attach it to the package. Ship it off at a USPS Postal Office.
