How to Take PayPal Money With a Debit Card

1. Log in to your PayPal account at PayPal.com. Click 'PayPal Debit Card' from the 'Other' menu at the bottom of the page.
2. Click 'Apply Now' and fill out the application. To receive a PayPal Debit MasterCard, you must have a Premier or Business PayPal account, have been a member of PayPal for 60 days and have a confirmed address. You must also enter the last four numbers of your Social Security number and include your date of birth.
3. Log in to PayPal, click 'Profile,' then click 'My Money.' Click 'Update' next to 'PayPal Debit Card,' and click 'Activate Now.'
4. Access the money in your PayPal Account at any ATM that accepts MasterCard. Choose 'Checking' when making a withdrawal and enter your four-digit PIN.
