How to Add an Authorized User to a PayPal Debit Card

1. Log in to your PayPal account at PayPal.com. Click the 'Profile' link at the top of the page.
2. Locate the 'Financial Information' section of the Profile screen and click 'PayPal Debit Card' to access the management panel for your PayPal debit card accounts. Locate the 'Card Requests' section of the Financial Information panel.
3. Click the 'Request Additional Cards' link to submit a request for a second card.
4. Enter the full name and address of the person you want the card issued to in the spaces provided. Click 'Submit' to process the request and have the additional card issued.
