How to Integrate PayPal to a Website

1. Create a PayPal account if you do not already have one. You need to enter in your email address, name, address, phone number and date of birth.
2. Log into your PayPal account. Click on the “Merchant Services” tab to get to the “Website Payments Standard” screen, which is the simplest way to integrate PayPal to a website.
3. Look under “Create Buttons” to make a selection of the type of button you want to create for your website. Choices include “Add to Cart” and “Buy Now.” Click on the link for the button that you want to make.
4. Choose a button display type, enter in pricing details, shipping and tax. Click “Create Button” at the bottom of the page when you are done. This will bring up the HTML code for the button.
5. Click on “Select Code” to select all of the HTML code for the button. Copy the code by right-clicking and selecting “Copy.”
6. Paste the code into your webpage for your website using Dreamweaver or your preferred webpage creation software. If you do not handle the HTML page creation for your website, then you will have to let your web designer integrate the PayPal HTML code onto your site.
