How to Install a PayPal Verified Seal
1. Open a Web browser on your desktop. Navigate to the PayPal website and log in to your PayPal account. After you log in, click the 'Verified' link at the top of the home page of your account.
2. Highlight the text in the 'You can also notify people of your Verified status by directing them to the following link' text box. This link contains your official PayPal email address and link to the verified image. Press 'Ctrl' and 'C' to copy the image to your clipboard.
3. Right-click the HTML file you want to use to display the image. Click 'Open With' and then double-click the HTML editor you use to create your files.
4. Scroll down to the location on the page where you want to place the image. The image is typically placed at the bottom of the Web page. Press 'Ctrl' and 'V' to paste the image link.
5. Save the file and open it in your preferred Web browser to review the HTML page. Notice the image displays with your official PayPal account name.
6. Upload the file to your Web host. The method used to upload the page depends on your Web host. The Web host provider gives you the username and password necessary to upload files. Most host providers have a customized interface you can access from the provider's main website home page.
