How do I cancel my Runescape subscription?
1. Go to http://www.runescape.com/account_management.ws and click on 'Cancel Subscription.' The next page will give you the option of canceling a particular account or of canceling all accounts linked to a specific credit card. Click on whichever link you prefer and follow the online instructions. You can also log in to your account from the Runescape homepage (http://www.runescape.com) and click on the 'Unsubscribe' link.
2. Send an email to the Runescape billing department at billingsupport@jagex.com if you are unable to log in to your account online.
