How to Convert USD to SGD in PayPal

1. Sign in to PayPal and click the 'Send Money' tab. Input the recipient's email address and the amount you wish to send. Select 'SGD - Singapore Dollars' from the 'Currency' drop-down list.
2. Select the reason for the transaction -- 'Purchase' or 'Personal' -- and choose a subcategory. Click the 'Continue' button.
3. Verify the total transaction amount -- PayPal displays the USD equivalent of your SGD payment -- and any fees PayPal assesses for the transaction. Click 'Send Money' to complete the transaction.
