1. Log in to your PayPal account, or create a new one if you do not already have an account. Be sure to have all the necessary information, including your name, address and Social Security number, available when signing up.

Choose either checking account or savings account and enter the routing numbers and account numbers for your bank account. Type a descriptive name for the account.

Review your account and write down the amounts of the two trial deposits. These deposits are necessary to ensure that the bank account is accessible from the PayPal system.
7. Log in to your PayPal account and click the 'My Account' button. Choose 'Profile' from the menu and then choose 'Add or Edit Bank Account.'
8. Locate the bank account you added and click the 'Confirm' button. Enter the amounts of the trial deposits to confirm your account. After you have entered the amounts, the bank account will be available for immediate use.

1. Log into your PayPal account at PayPal.com
2. Point your mouse to "Withdraw" on the menu at the top of the page.

How to Set up a PayPal Plus Credit Card in Quicken

4. Check your email for a message from PayPal telling you that someone has sent you a payment. Click the PayPal link embedded in the body of the message. Type your user name and password to log in to your account. Confirm the credit to your balance. Do nothing else if you want the money to stay deposited with PayPal. Use the money to settle debts with individuals and businesses that accept PayPal payments.
5. Click the 'Withdraw' link on your account page. Opt to withdraw funds to your bank account or to have them transferred to your debit card. Another option is for PayPal to mail you a check for the amount of the eCheck, minus a $1.50 service fee.
How to Send a Payment on PayPal Without It Pending
1. Open a web browser on your computer and go to the PayPal homepage (see resources).
2. Enter your email address and password and click the 'Log In' button or, if you don't have an account, set one up now by following the prompts.
3. Click the 'Send Money' tab.
4. Enter the email address associated with the PayPal account you want to send a payment to in the 'To' field. Enter the amount of money you want to send in the 'Amount' field. Click the 'Continue' button.
5. Scroll down and click the 'Change' link located under the 'Payment Method' subsection.
6. Select either the option to 'Deduct existing funds from your PayPal account' or select a linked credit or debit card from the drop-down menu. Click the 'Continue' button.

Applying for a PayPal credit card can be done online and you can receive a decision for approval in as fast as 30 seconds. Once you are approved, you can begin spending as soon as possible even before receiving the actual card. The eligibility for the rewards program includes that your PayPal credit card account has to be open and in good standing. You cannot have two consecutive payments overdue when earning rewards points or when reward vouchers are issued. The rule for accruing reward points include that certain transactions do not qualify for reward points such as finance charges, cash advances, and balance transfers. Your PayPal credit card reward points are calculated daily.
Voucher Redemption Rules
Your PayPal credit card comes with 1,000 reward points once you open the account which will allow you to receive free shipping of up to $7 on a purchase made through PayPal. As you accrue more reward points you can use them to get reward vouchers. For example, 2,500 points earns a $25 reward voucher and 9,500 points earns one for $100. You can use your reward points by going to the PayPal Plus Service site. The PayPal rules for point redemption state that you have to wait until the next billing period after the qualifying purchases were made. The credit card rules for reward vouchers also include that you cannot combine them with a voucher of other PayPal credit card holders and you will not be able to redeem if your credit card account is delinquent.
Voucher Restriction Rules
PayPal credit card rules include that reward points must be used by their expiration dates and they cannot be replaced if they are stolen or lost. Your PayPal account that is associated with the credit card has to be open in order to redeem the vouchers and they cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged, or returned. Your reward points and vouchers cannot be assigned or transferred to another person for any reason and credits will not be given for any unused vouchers. PayPal reserves the right to make any changes or discontinue their rewards program at any time without providing notice to cardholders per their credit card rules.
