The PayPal Buyer Credit feature allows you to link your available balance as another form of paying for purchases made through PayPal.
Acceptance

If you don't have enough funds in your PayPal account to cover a purchase, or wish to avoid the three to four days it takes to transfer funds from your linked checking account, PayPal Buyer Credit makes the purchase possible.
