How to Import Mass Pay Files Into PayPal
1. Log into your PayPal account.
2. Click on the send Money option at the top of the page. Once this page opens up you will see the option to send one payment or to send using the mass pay option.
3. Click on 'Make a Mass Payment'. The page will now open and at the top will instruct you to upload your mass pay file. PayPal will only accept a file that is in CSV or text version.
4. Click on the upload button. This will open up a window to allow you to choose your mass pay file on your computer. Navigate to where your file is, and choose it.
5. Input the rest of the information that PayPal requires for you to complete your payment. PayPal will ask you to identify your recipients. You can choose between e-mail address, phone number or PayPal customer ID. It is optional if you want to customize your payment e-mail. PayPal gives you the option to have e-mail subject and the message to your recipients.
6. Click the review button. This will allow you to see all of your information and confirm that everything is correct before you send it and allow PayPal to process your payment. Once you click submit you have successfully uploaded and processed your mass payment file.

What Information Do I Give Someone to Receive PayPal?
Email Address
In order to receive money from someone, the only thing that you need to provide is an email address. The person sending the money will enter your email address as the recipient when processing the transaction through PayPal. Receiving Money With a PayPal Account
If you already have a PayPal account, the funds will show up in your account after the sender processes the transaction through PayPal. How to Use a PayPal Button As a Link
1. Right-click the HTML file you want to edit, and select 'Open With.' Double-click your HTML editor. The code file opens in the editor. Before you can place the button link in your file, you must use the PayPal services to create the code for the button.
2. Click the Windows 'Start' button, and select your Web browser. You can use any Web browser to access the main PayPal website. Navigate to the PayPal home page, and log in to your PayPal account.
3. Click the 'Merchant Services' tab to view a list of seller options. Click the 'Create a Buy Now Button' link. This link opens a page that asks for the information specific for the product you want to sell. Type the product name, identification number, the price and any shipping costs associated with the item.
4. Click the 'Create Button Now' button in the PayPal wizard window. PayPal returns the code you need to create a button link in your web page. Highlight the entire block of code and press 'Ctrl' and 'C' to copy it to your computer's clipboard.
5. Return to the opened HTML file and place the cursor in the location where you want to place the PayPal link. Press 'Ctrl' 'V' to paste the code in your file. Press 'Ctrl' 'S' to save the code changes.

How to Add a PayPal Link
1. If you do not already have one, create a new account on PayPal's website. Go to the official PayPal home page (See the Resources Section for a link). Use your mouse to click on the link 'Sign Up,' which is located at the bottom of the gray sign-in box.
2. Click the fourth blue tab labeled 'Merchant Services.' Next, click the 'Donate' link. It is the third link in the list labeled 'Create Buttons.'
3. Select an answer from the drop-down box under the label 'Accept payments for.' Your choices are: products, services, subscriptions and recurring bills, donations and gift certificates. Then, answer the following question: 'Do you want your customers to buy multiple products before they check out?' Select 'Yes' or 'No' by clicking on the empty circle to the left of each answer.
4. Fill out the extra information that PayPal requires to create your account link by writing the name of the item you wish to sell, the price, the tax, the shipping and other information. Finally, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click the yellow 'Create Button' box.
5. Embed the HTML code for the PayPal button that appears on the screen by highlighting all of the code and copying and pasting the code into your website's or blog's code. Your website and PayPal now are linked.
How to Use an eBay Gift Card
1. Visit the eBay website and click 'Sign in.' Enter your user name and password, then click the 'Sign in' button. If you don't have an account, you will need to register.
2. Hover your cursor over 'My eBay' at the top of the screen, and click 'Won' when it appears on the menu. You will be brought to the My eBay page for auctions that you have won.
3. Click the link for the auction that you would like to pay for, then click the 'Pay Now' button at the top of the page. You will be asked to enter your PayPal user name and password. After entering this information, you will be redirected to the eBay checkout page.
4. Scroll down the page until you find the area labeled 'Redemption Code.' Enter your gift card number exactly as it is shown on the card or email.
5. Click 'Apply,' then click 'Update Total.' If the amount of money on your gift card equals or exceeds the cost of the item, you may confirm your address and complete the checkout process. Otherwise, you will need to pay for the remainder of the item using your PayPal account.
