How to Add PayPal to eBay
1. Click the 'My eBay' link in the top right corner of the eBay website. Enter your eBay account information when prompted to log in to the site, after which you will be taken to your personalized 'My eBay' page.
2. Click the 'Account' tab on your 'My eBay' page. The tab contains links to your eBay account settings, allowing you to make changes to your account as needed.
3. Locate the 'PayPal Account' link on the left side of the page and click it. Once the PayPal account options appear, click the 'Link My PayPal Account' button.
4. Enter your PayPal account information when prompted to log in to PayPal. Once your login is processed, your PayPal account will be linked with your eBay account.
How to Take Money Off of PayPal amp; Put It Back on My Green Dot Card
1. Log in to your PayPal account. Mouse over the 'Profile' option on the PayPal toolbar and select 'Add or Edit Bank Account' from the menu that appears.
2. Click the 'Add Bank' button on the 'Bank Account' page of your PayPal account. Set the account type to 'Checking' and enter the account number and routing number for your Green Dot account. You can find this information by logging into your account at the Green Dot website if you don't know the numbers. Click the 'Continue' button to add the Green Dot information to your PayPal account.
3. Log in to your Green Dot account and check for two small deposits that have been made by PayPal; it may take three to five days for these deposits to be made.
4. Log in to your PayPal account again once the deposits arrive. Click the 'Confirm Bank Account' link that will appear on your PayPal home page, then enter the deposit amounts where prompted and click 'Continue' to confirm that you actually own the account you attempted to add.
5. Mouse over the 'Withdrawal' option in the PayPal toolbar and select 'Transfer to Bank Account.' Enter the amount you want to transfer and select your Green Dot account as the account you want to transfer funds to. Click the 'Continue' button to initiate the transfer, a process that may take up to five days to complete.
How Do I Change My Primary Account in Paypal?
1. Go to PayPal.com and log in to your account using your email address and password. You will be taken to an overview of your account.
2. Click the "My Account" tab and then hover over the "Profile" button when the sub-menu opens.
3. Select "Add or Edit Bank Account" from the drop-down menu. A list of bank accounts connected to your account will open in a new page.
4. Click "Make Primary" beside the bank account you want to set as your primary account.
How to Lock a PayPal Account
1. Open a Web browser and navigate to the PayPal login page. Type your PayPal account email and password in the spaces provided and click the 'Log In' button to log into your PayPal account.
2. Move your mouse cursor over the 'Profile' menu option and select the 'More Options' option. Click the 'My Settings' option, followed by the 'Get Started' option to the right of the 'Security Key' heading.
3. Click the 'Get Security Key' link, followed by the 'Order a credit-card size Security Key' option. Confirm your shipping address is correct and click the 'Place Order' button to order the security key.
4. Wait for the security key to arrive in the mail. Once the security key arrives, return to the 'Security key setup' page you navigated to in step 2.
5. Click the 'Activate your PayPal security key' link. Type the serial number that appears on the front of your security key in the space labeled 'Serial number.'
6. Press the button on the front of the security key and enter the six-digit number that appears in the space labeled '6-digit code.'
7. Press the button a second time and enter the six-digit number that appears in the space labeled 'Next 6-digit code.'
8. Click the 'Activate' button to activate your security key. Now, you will need your security key any time you want to log into your PayPal account, and your account will be locked if you do not have it.
How to Add a Credit Card in a Different Name to PayPal
1. Sign in to your PayPal account using your email address and password.
2. Click the "My Account" button located on the PayPal menu, then hover over the "Profile" button. Select "Add or Edit Credit Card" from the drop-down menu.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page that opens and click "Add Card."
4. Enter the first name on the credit card in the box next to "First Name," then click the arrow next to "Card Type" to select the type of credit card you want to add.
5. Type the credit card number in the box next to "Card Number," then select the expiration date.
6. Type the three-digit card verification number on the back of your card into the labeled box.
7. Check the box next to "Enter a new address as billing address," then enter the address information if the billing address for the card is not the same as the address listed on your account. If the address is the same, click "Use Default Address." Click "Add Card" to finish.

How to Set Up Digital Delivery for PayPal
1. Open the PayPal merchant account. The digital delivery feature is available for merchant accounts rather than personal accounts.
2. Look at the top of the page for 'Merchant Services' and click on the tab.
3. Click the 'Buy Now Buttons' link. This will open a page to create a digital delivery button.
4. Fill in the information. Information includes an item name, an optional item number, the type of currency for the purchase, the cost of the service and the option to customize the button.
5. Click 'Add More Options' after entering the information. The page will come up to direct buyers to another link after completed payment. This page is any preferred page but to set up the digital delivery it should have the item purchased through PayPal available for download.
How to Transfer Money to the Netherlands
1. Transfer money to the Netherlands via Western Union, which is one of the two recommended methods by the U.S. Consulate General Amsterdam, Netherlands. Do a phone transfer by calling 800-325-6000. Or, transfer the money online via the Western Union website (see Resources). Go into your nearest Western Union location to buy a money order and have the funds transmitted to the recipient in the Netherlands by the “Will Call System.” According to the U.S. Consulate General Amsterdam, Netherlands, the money should arrive within an hour. Fees vary.
2. Send money to a recipient in the Netherlands via MoneyGram, which is also recommended by the U.S. Consulate General Amsterdam, Netherlands. You can do the money transfer by calling 800-666-3947 or on the MoneyGram website (see Resources). According to the U.S. Consulate General Amsterdam, Netherlands, the money should arrive within an hour. Fees vary.
3. Go into your local bank branch to do an international wire transfer to get money to the Netherlands. To do this, you must have the banking information of the recipient. Keep in mind that a wire transfer can take up to 10 business days to appear in the recipient's account. For specific times and fees, ask your banker as it varies.
4. Use PayPal to instantly transfer money to the Netherlands if the recipient has a PayPal account. PayPal accounts are free to open, but there is a small fee when you receive money. Log into the PayPal website (see Resources) to send the money. The recipient will need to have a PayPal debit card to withdraw the cash immediately. Otherwise, the recipient has to transfer the money out of PayPal and into his bank account, which takes three business days.
