How to Wire Money to Korea
1. Open a PayPal account on PayPal's website (see Resources). If you are conducting a business transaction, a 'Premier' or 'Business' account should be selected. If you are wiring funds for personal purposes, select 'Personal' account.
2. Link and confirm a bank account with your PayPal account. You need your bank account and routing number (these can both be found on your checks). PayPal issues two small deposits to your account that arrive in three to five business days. You must confirm these two amounts to verify account ownership.
3. Deposit funds into your PayPal account. Do this by clicking the 'deposit money' tab. Funds become available as soon as the withdrawal clears your bank account.
4. Send money to your recipient. Click the 'Send money' tab. You need to enter your recipient's PayPal email address, which is the address they provided during sign up. The money arrives in your recipient's account instantly. She is now able to withdraw the funds to her bank account. Alternatively, she may wish to spend the funds online at any merchant that accepts PayPal.

How to Find a Buyer#039;s Shipping Address on eBay
1. Check the eBay order or transaction details once the buyer has purchased your item through a 'Buy-It-Now' transaction or has won your item through an auction. The buyer's shipping address should automatically be listed within the transaction details.
2. Look at the shipping address provided with the Paypal payment transaction details or, if the buyer is paying with a money order, ask him to send a correct shipping address along with the payment. Paypal is part of the eBay company, so an eBay buyer who pays for items with Paypal must have an address in the Paypal account details.
3. Verify the shipping address with the buyer before sending out his eBay item. Contact the buyer through e-mail or eBay's 'Send a Message' feature. Request that the buyer confirm the shipping address originally provided to you in the transaction details.
How to Spot Fake Escrow Service Scams on eBay
1. Receive a fake email from a reputable third-party transaction site such as Squaretrade or Paypal. The scammer will have sent the email from his account or from a fake address associated with the fake escrow service. The scammer will say that they prefer this service over others due suspicion of other services.
2. Pay close attention if you click on the Web site link provided in the email. The link will either lead to a fraudulent Web site designed to look like a popular and legitimate service or a fake service with an unheard of name set up by the scammer--the URL often is simply a bunch of letters and numbers. To try and convince you to use their preferred service, the scammer may say that they are willing to pay for the transaction fees.
3. Refuse to enter your personal and financial information on the site. Only use services of which you are already a member and only log in to that site from the service's main Web page.
4. Realize that the scammer will happily receive your item and the fake escrow service won't send you payment for it. If you try to contact the scammer or the escrow service, you'll find the contact information is no longer valid.

How to Use Paypal for Ebay Shipping
1. Log in to the eBay website. Browse the site for what you want to purchase, if you have not already done so. Depending on what you are looking for, you may have to bid on and win an auction or you can immediately buy what you want. Navigate to the 'Check-Out' screen to complete your purchase.
2. Enter your country, state/province, phone number, city and Zip/postal code on this page. This will be the shipping address, or the place where your purchased item will be delivered.
3. At the bottom of the shipping address field, there is an 'Order Details' area. This lists all the items you have chosen to buy, their individual prices and a selection of shipping and handling rates. Generally, the more expensive the rate, the faster it will ship to you. Choose whichever rate is most convenient, and press 'Continue' at the bottom of the screen.
4. Enter your Paypal login information on this screen. This is the payment window where you will pay for your purchase. When buying items off of eBay, the item price and the shipping cost are combined to give you one total cost. Press 'Log In' when completed.
5. Depending on the amount deposited into your Paypal Account, you will be prompted to enter a Credit Card or transfer funds from your attached bank to complete the payment through Paypal. If asked for a method of payment, choose what is applicable to you and then press 'Confirm Payment.' Print the Invoice or Receipt eBay and Paypal provide for your records.
