7. Click the 'Browse' button, locate the file you want to upload, then click 'Open.' Type a brief description of up to 100 characters about the file in the empty field.
8. Repeat the previous step if you have additional files you want to upload.
9. Click the 'Send Files' button to upload the files to PayPal.
