1. Choose a retail website that accepts PayPal. If you are uncertain whether a site accepts PayPal, check the site's Help page. For instance, Walmart and eBay list PayPal as one of their accepted payment methods on their Help pages.
2. Pick the items you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout. Enter your name, contact information and shipping details in the appropriate fields, and select PayPal as your payment method. The page will change to a PayPal page.
3. Enter your user name and password to log in to your PayPal account. Once you are logged in, your PayPal credit balance will be displayed as an option for payment.
