1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the 'History' link under the 'My Account' heading.
3. Click 'Details' next to the eCheck payment you wish you cancel.
4. Click 'Cancel' under the 'Actions' heading.
5. Click 'Cancel Payment' to finalize the cancellation of the eCheck.
