How to Send Money Anonymously Online

1. Establish an anonymous email account. You may need it to sign up for online accounts and services that will send the payment on your behalf. Use a generic name like 'John Smith' or simply write 'Anonymous Donor' as your sender name.
2. Send money online using a service like MoneyGram.com or WesternUnion.com. Choose a location in the recipient's town and use a credit card to process the transaction.
